Provider
Reordio is provided by Andreas Randers, Frydenlund 359, 7120 Vejle Øst, Denmark.
The service
Reordio is a decision engine for inventory and reordering. It is not an ERP, accounting, or purchase-order system. Suggestions are based on Shopify data and the rules configured by the merchant.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant is responsible for checking product data, lead times, case sizes, and order suggestions before placing an order with a supplier. Inventory changes occur only after a merchant action.
Availability and changes
We work to provide stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may change to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Data and termination
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. A merchant can stop using the service by uninstalling the app in Shopify. Data is deleted through Shopify's mandatory deletion flow or after a valid earlier request.
