Privacy Policy
Reordio processes only the Shopify data needed to calculate inventory requirements and order suggestions.

Data we process
- Store domain, Shopify session, and approved access scopes.
- Products, variants, SKUs, inventory quantities, and inventory location.
- Suppliers and purchasing rules entered by the merchant.
- Order ID, order date, cancellation status, variant ID, and quantity for the last 365 days.
Reordio does not retrieve customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, or other directly identifying customer fields.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to display inventory status, calculate sales per day, suggest reorders, and update inventory after a merchant action. Processing is necessary to provide the service installed by the merchant.
Retention and deletion
Order data is kept on a rolling basis for no more than 365 days. Other store data is kept while the app is installed. Shopify's mandatory deletion request deletes the store and all related data. Merchants can also request earlier deletion through support.
Processors and security
Shopify provides commerce data and authentication. Railway provides hosting and PostgreSQL in its Amsterdam EU region. Connections use TLS, and production access is limited to necessary systems and people. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
Reordio uses only session technology required for Shopify authentication and operation. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising.
